The owner, Ron, has been in the service business for nearly 40 years. The first 38 were in the technology arena where Ron learned from the best managers in the business. Ron tired of the NYC and Boston commutes and decided to focus his talents locally. Each of his businesses are within 15 minutes of his home in Manasquan. Ron is certified in Lean Six Sigma (a fancy term for quality control & continuous improvement) and focuses on turnaround situations. His first purchase was our Point Pleasant store which we immediately upgraded and updated. The next challenge was our Wall location which was dormant when we purchased it; we replaced every single machine and scrubbed and painted the facility. Last, but not least we purchased our North Belmar location which had been seriously neglected; again, we immediately upgraded. Still, the Point and Belmar stores will continue to improve... Ron learned early on that skimping on quality leads to heartache so every new machine has been start-of-the-art Dexter equipment. He also prefers to buy American; our Dexter machines are built in Iowa. He thoroughly enjoys his time in the store meeting and greeting customers. As the saying goes, It Takes a Village; Ron appreciates the support from his wife and his terrific employees (Alexa, Christine, Dominic, Karlea, Kathy, Silvia) and his partners and advisors.
